Warranty

Congratulations on your new purchase of HI-MACS® solid surface. LG Hausys expressly warrants that it will repair or replace this product, free of charge, if it fails due to any manufacturing defect during the first 10 years after initial installation.

The warranty shall not apply to damage caused by

• Failure to follow procedures recommended in the Fabrication Guide Book for transportation, storage, handling, fabrication, or maintenance
• Physical abuse, accidents or misuse
• Exposure to excessive heat
• Faulty or improper installation, including seams.

A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.
