Fabrication
Printing
The film can be screen printed with sericol/ Meyercord ink and clears or the equivalent.
Processing
Processing is the same as with any conventional vinyl film. The printed or unprinted films may be die cut by conventional thermal and steel rule method.
Drying methods can vary, but solvent retention must be eliminated as soon as practical. Failure to do so may affect vinyl and adhesive properties.
